The International Weight Management in Pregnancy (i-WIP) Collaborative Group was established in 2013 and brought together 50 researchers from 16 countries.
The group is supported by Global Obstetrics Network (GONet) , a group of international investigators that perform clinical trials and observational studies in maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrics, and Katherine Twining Network, an initiative aiming to bring together doctors, nurses, midwives and scientists working towards improvement in women's health in East London and beyond.
